Caught the Ring bug a few years back with a half-day through R4R, so when I returned this fall for TF they were the obvious choice. The cars are well sorted, it's a totally smooth process to rent, and they have a great staff - all with a contagious enthusiasm for the track. The Swift Stage II is a brilliant little thing; what it may lack in power it redeems with a great confidence-inspiring setup to push and truly experience the Ring. Already planning my next trip!

I have been planning to drive the Ring since college. A time measured in decades, rather than years. Finally I did a trackdays.de event in Oct. 2014, with a Rent4Ring Suzuki Swift. It was the most exhilaring, satisfying, and fun thing I have ever done in my life. Ever. No caveats. I did a Skip Barber Formula Ford 4 day school, several track days (including Spa), Pro Rally co-driving, and dirt track driving, but the Ring is different. Very different. It is insanely faster than I anticipated, very flowing, addictive, thrilling, intimidating, breath-taking, and somehow strangely satisfying. One gets into a zone, going faster each lap. Time goes fast on the track - 4 consecutive laps seemed like it took 15 minutes, instead of most of an hour. Wow.

I cannot recommend Rent4Ring highly enough. They handled the trackdays.de entry, gave a good deal on the car and track entry, handled all the entry registration, sign in, drivers' meeting, and issued wrist bands in a professional and calm manner. It was a relief for someone who came from the USA for this event.

About the Suzuki Swift Stage II. What a wonderful, fun, easy to drive, well-prepped car. It was nicely set up, with a lowered track suspension, great brakes (no fade even after 4 consecutive laps), racing seats and belt, rollbar, gutted interior, sport exhaust, sticky tires, and a nicely geared 6 speed transmssion. I have driven low powered front wheel drive cars on tracks before, but this one was extremely well sorted and prepared, and was very forgiving. Don't let someone talk you into getting a high HP sports car. This car is an inexpensive way to go and a ridiculous amount of fun. Its limits were much higher than my driving skills, perfect for this first-timer.

Forget the Touristenfahrten, go on a track day instead. You can drive consecutive laps on the full course, rather than going off the circuit every lap on a Touristfarthen day, and can pass on the right or left. The track is so long that is it almost empty (but be aware all the time), and there are no buses or other roadblocks. I heard from others that open, public days can be a zoo. Spend the extra money and do it right, with a car that is set up for the track. It takes the whole experience to another level.

Regarding lap times: Don't believe what others tell you. Most time their Touristenfahrten lap from the Bilstein bridge after entering the track, to the Audi bridge 19.1 km away before exiting the track. OK. But those bridges are 1.7 km apart, giving a 19.1 km lap rather than the full 20.8 km lap you get on a track day. So ask those who brag about their quick lap times if they are cutting over a mile off the track length, and see how they react. Haha.

Now my only problem is to scrape the money together to go again. I hope that black and pink Suzuki is still there.

Rented a Suzuki swift stage 2 for four laps. Was without doubt the most exciting and exhilarating thing I've ever done. The people were super easy to deal with. Car ran great and was perfect for the track. Would highly recommend.

I rented a Suzuki Swift from Rent 4 Ring for my first experience at the Nurburgring in early October 2014. It was, from start to finish, one of the most enjoyable things i have ever done, due in no small part to the professional, attentive and enthusiastic crew at Rent 4 Ring.
The staff rightly emphasize safety as the place is not to be taken lightly. The car was well prepared, maintained, clean and bags of fun to drive.
Thanks again to Freddy, Ralph and all the staff for the friendly, courteous welcome, and their attentive help at all times.

Having rented from rent4ring for the last 5years, we finally invested in a dedicated track car. We brought it to the ring this weekend and it broke! So we visited rent4ring, and as usual they were amazing to deal with! Ralph sorted us out with a contact to help nurse our car back to life! Thanks Ralph! They really are that amazing to deal with and just genuine people! And all for the love of driving at the ring!!! Cheers.

We came to R4R on our last day of driving during the very chaotic Green Hell week. After trying another company at The Ring and not being very impressed, we rented a Scirocco from R4R and WOW, the difference was night and day. This is not an exaggeration.

From the professional nature of the briefing to the approachable, relaxed, and friendly attitude of the staff, I can confidently say these guys are the best and will make your experience the best it can be. Despite having a run off myself, the staff put me instantly at ease and the whole matter was handled beyond my best expectations, and I even got to keep the wheel as a souvenir, how cool is that? I'll send pictures of my new Scirocco wheel coffee table. The fact of the matter is, my personal experience here was excellent. I will come back to the Ring next year and it will be with R4R. I wouldn't even consider another company.

Fantastic can only describe my experience!!!!

This was mine and a friends first time to the ring, not knowing what to expect Freddy and Ralph along with their brilliant staff made us very welcome and were more than happy to answer any questions we had.

We drove the Suzuki Swift which was a fantastic car to drive and was well suited to us, baring in mind this was our first attempt at the ring and learning the corners was a must!! The little swift was a very capable little car having an excellent setup for the track and with a good driver can punch well above its weight. We managed a 9m20sec lap (bridge to bridge) which I believe shows the ability of the car. I believe Freddy has done a 8m38sec in the same car!!!!

Once again a big thank you to everyone at 'rent4ring' we had a brilliant time and have been recommending 'rent4ring' to many friends back home.

I can't say enough about the staff at Rent4Ring and the experience!

From the first email I sent with some basic questions, to the time I turned the car in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They truly went out of their way to ensure my experience was a great one!

I rented a Stage 2 Suzuki Swift which was prepared impeccably and the prefect car for my first trip to “The Ring”. I also booked an instructor for a few of the laps and that was well worth it. I highly recommend it if it’s your first time. Simon did a fantastic job of talking me through the proper line and calling out the turns as there was no way I was going to “learn” the track my first day out.

Thanks again to everyone at Rent4Ring and if I ever have the opportunity to come back to the Nurburgring without a doubt I will be back with Rent4Ring!

Ich war das erste mal bei Rent4Ring, aber ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte!
Vom ersten Telefontat über die Begrüßung vor Ort und Einweisung bis zur Wagenabgabe und Verabschiedung war bei der Rent4Ring Truppe alles vom Feinsten.
Wir waren mit 3 Leuten da und wurden super freundschaftlich aufgenommen. Es war eine unvergessliche Erfahrung, die Swifts waren in top Zustand und richtig schnell auf der Strecke. Für Neulinge sind die Swifts mehr als ausreichend und sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir sehen uns nächsten Jahr!

Wieder mal durften wir, dank dem tollen Rent4Ring-Team, die Königin der Rennstrecken befahren. Alles war wieder, wie gewohnt, von bester Qualität (Einweisung, Briefing und Zustand des Wagens, Luftdruckservice von Linda !). Ein Wermutstropfen waren allerdings die Baustellen auf der Strecke.

PS: Fredy: das Grinsen in Torri´s Gesicht ist immer noch wie festgetackert !

Ein super geiles Erlebnis!
Ein Fan der Nordschleife bin ich sowieso, aber selbst drüber fahren ist einfach nur klasse! Ein sehr nettes und kompetentes Team, da passt alles. Autos waren in top Zustand.
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

PS: Für alle die zweifeln, der Swift ist absolut ausreichend, macht tierisch bock!

My Experience with Rent4Ring and the Nurburgring was beyond perfect!

Everyone at Rent4Ring was great and easy to work with. I felt warmly welcomed and comfortable. Their facility is very well kept and clearly professional, a very well run operation. The pre-track briefing was well put together and perfectly informative, with out being too foreboding, because this track is certainly very dangerous.
I then had an instructor, Andy, Who was worth every euro. My experience on the track would not have been nearly as rewarding. Having a voice on reason in the car telling me what exactly to do and where helped speed up my learning process on the track 10fold.

My only critique is: It would be ideal in the driver's meeting to mention how many laps a car can do on one tank of gas, just to give us renters a sense of distance that can be traveled.

All in All, Ralph, Julie, Fredy and everyone else at Rent4Ring is Awesome!
I certainly look forward to returning to The Nurburgring, and renting from Rent4Ring again.

I rented a swift last year and loved it so I came back this year as well. I hade 4 great laps and polished my time from last year with over a minute. All the guys at rent4ring do a great job.

First time renting a track ready car. I went for the Swift Stage 2 and for 4 laps. I was told everything I possible should've known, and then I was strapped into the car and was ready to go. The car was everything I expected and then some. I could enter the corner with confidence, and that thanks to the staff at rent4ring and their effort in preparing the car. Having that said, I can understand the price throwing someone off, but I can assure that it is completely worth it! In the end everything could not have gone more as planned as it did, and to top the day of was the perfect weather for going around the green hell.
Thanks to everyone at Rent4Ring, I will most certainly be back in the future!

Rented the Scirocco with Andy as my co-pilot - an excellent choice for those who have a little bit of driving experience and want the ease of a paddle shifter. Even though I was a bit outmatched in speed and driving school (I drove on a track day, not a public day), I can honestly say it is the most fun anyone can have with their clothes on!
